Mysterious Two Movie Review

Eerie atmosphere is everything in this network TV movie about a beatific, middle-aged couple called He and She, who entice a cult-like following of plain folks toward a desert rendezvous point where the space brothers will supposedly take them to a cosmic paradise. Based on actual events – except the real He and She led their dazed rabble to a New Age commune in the woods. This production cops out with the strong suggestion that they were aliens after all. Talk about hedging your bets.
