Marooned Movie Review

Three-man team of American astronauts are stranded in orbit 200 miles above Earth when their ship engines fail, but it's a deadly 200 miles if Yankee ingenuity cannot launch a rescue mission in time. Try desperately to care in this overlong film when James Franciscus looks out a spaceport at a rather fetching painting of Mother Earth and announces “So beautiful…so beautiful” in a quavering voice as his oxygen fails. Enjoy the Oscar-winning special f/x.
