Mandroid Movie Review

An uneasy coalition of East- and West-Bloc scientists use a mighty remote-controlled robot, Mandroid, to handle Supercon, a powerful new element they've discovered. Sinister Dr. Drago steals Mandroid to put his evil plans for power into action, but becomes horribly disfigured and insane. Comic-bookish diversion from producer Charles Band, shot on location in Romania. Okay if you don't expect profundities. Sequelized by Invisible: The Chronicles of Benjamin Knight.
