Lords of the Deep Movie Review

Producer Roger Corman puts in a cameo appearance (as a treacherous company boss, of all things) in this cheapie about underwater technicians trapped on the ocean floor with a menacing race of manta-like aliens. Low-budget, low-yield film was all wet when rushed out to capitalize in anticipation of undersea sci-fi adventures like The Abyss. Cinematic small fry, you might say.

1989 (PG-13) 95m/C Bradford Dillman, Priscilla Barnes, Melody Ryane, Eb Lottimer, Daryl Haney; Cameos: Roger Corman; D: Mary Ann Fisher; W: Howard R. Cohen, Daryl Haney. VHS, Beta MGM
