It's Alive Movie Review

A memorable cult film about a mutant baby born to a normal Los Angeles couple. The clawed, fanged infant wrecks havoc in the delivery room, then escapes the hospital and goes on a bloodthirsty, murderous rampage. In one grimly amusing scene, Junior goes after a milk-truck. The concept is ingenious, the gore kept at a minimum, and the monster tot all the more effective for being rarely glimpsed. This nasty little gem was followed by two sequels. Prospective parents should probably avoid them, though.
