The Groundstar Conspiracy Movie Review

Spy thriller brings to life L.P. Davies’ novel, The Alien. After an explosion kills all but one space project scientist, George Peppard is sent to investigate suspicions of a cover-up. Meanwhile, the surviving scientist (Michael Sarrazin) suffers from disfigurement and amnesia. He pursues his identity while Peppard accuses him of being a spy. Splendid direction by Lamont Johnson. Sarrazin's best role.
