Ghidrah the Three Headed Monster Movie Review

This fun all-star monster fight is a more-or-less direct sequel to Godzilla Vs. Mothra. When a three-headed monster from outer space threatens the world, hapless humans are forced to appeal to the (comparatively) friendly Mothra, Rodan, and Godzilla. Mothra's tiny priestesses are back (guests on a TV talk-show, no less!). Ghidrah (who would appear in several more movies, including Godzilla Vs. Monster Zero the next year) is an impressive monster, materializing out of a flaming meteorite. It's rock ‘em-sock ‘em giant monster action as poor Tokyo once again is threatened with the trampling of a lifetime. The 1966 U.S. version was heavily re-edited, damaging continuity. AKA: Ghidorah Sandai Kaiju Chikyu Saidai No Kessan; Ghidora, the Three-Headed Monster; Ghidrah; The Greatest Battle on Earth; The Biggest Fight on Earth; Monster of Monsters.
