That's all as far as sf; the rest of the Philippines-made spectacle has to do with a heroic young couple battling neo-Nazis for possession of the artifact. One of many cheapo actioners Robert Patrick did before (and after) his role as the lethal T-1000 in Terminator 2: Judgment Day.
