Cyber-Tracker Movie Review

Eric Phillips (Don Wilson) is on Senator Dilly's security team. But the evil lawmaker is ready to turn the California legal system over to computers that establish guilt or innocence without trials and robot “trackers” to dispense instant justice. Two things set the Terminator knock-off apart from other action flicks. First, the story has some concerns for civil liberties, as opposed to the kneejerk fascist authoritarianism so common to the genre. Second, it benefits considerably from Wilson's always welcome presence.
