Class of (1999 2): The Substitute Movie Review

High school in 1999 is filled with violent gangs who murder at random. Enter substitute teacher John Bolen, who has his own ideas of discipline – leading to an even higher body count. John just doesn't seem human and when a CIA agent starts investigating, school may never be the same.
