When a doctor invents a youth serum from the blood of a murderer, he'll stop at nothing to keep his secret. When he tests it on himself, he gets more than restored youth. Boris Karloff gives an amazing performance – one of his best – as the man with the dual personality. In some scenes he transforms before your eyes, without the use of any make-up or camera tricks, from one personality to another. A powerful thriller from the underrated Nick Grinde.
