A naive extraterrestrial muscleman (whose predecessor, it's hinted, was Jesus Christ) fights a street pimp to save a crime-ridden Earth neighborhood. Low-brain, high-pain cheapie might have some value as a method to wring confessions from prisoners. WOOF!
