Seclusion near a Forest Movie Review

Seclusion is about a family and their efforts to obtain a summer cottage. It is also the story of how people adjust to their own needs for territory and how they reconcile themselves to other people's morality. At first, the family waits for their old landlord to go away or die so they can have the place to themselves. Later, they grow to depend on his strength and common sense. Josef Kemr is wonderful as the old man and Jiri Menzel (Closely Watched Trains) explores the gentle themes here with humor and insight. AKA: Na Samote u Lesa.
