The Maids Movie Review

In spite of the cast, The Maids is one of the least imaginative productions in the American Film Theatre series, and that's saying something. Skip this film version of Jean Genet's play and see 1994's Sister My Sister instead. It isn't perfect, but it won't bore you like this one will. The Maids was released theatrically overseas in 1976.
