Letters from the Park Movie Review

Letters from the Park is about two shy young people who hire a clerk for the purpose of a romance by mail. The clerk falls in love with the romance and pours all his energies into the correspondence. The graceful narrative is enhanced with delicate humor and charming performances by the three leads. Letters from the Park, Tomas Gutierrez Alea's beautifully directed tale about love and longing, was co-scripted by its original author, Gabriel Garcia Marquez. AKA: Cartes del Parque.
